Reporting an error in the rules
The deadlines and conditions behind the eligibility check come from the official Visa and Mastercard dispute documents, and each entry cites the page it was taken from. The networks update those documents, so if you believe a deadline or condition is out of date, please tell us and say which dispute type you were looking at. Corrections are welcome and get applied quickly.
